GETTING THERE

The Quarry Rock Hike is very easy to access. You can park anywhere near the water in Deep Cove, there is tons of free parking. The trailhead is located just off Panorama Drive just past the park. Look for the sign on the left side of the road for the sign and the wooden and stone steps is the start of the trail. The trail is well marked and easy to follow.

THE HIKE

This is a non technical trail but right off the bat it's a bit of a quad burner climbing up the stairs and through a maze of roots. It's a typical North Shore hike bringing you through dense Douglas fir Hemlock forest and crossing little creeks from the mountain runoff. This will lead you out to the beautiful rocky outcrop overlooking the Cove.

SIDETRACK

If you are looking for a different way down just off the rocky outcrop there is a steep, rocky pathway leading down towards the water which will shoot you down to the marina and you can walk through the docks back to Panorama drive.
